About ME!
I did not think that writing the about me section would be awkward, but I feel at a loss of how to describe myself. I love Jesus and strive to hear his words, be his hands and feet, and follow his will. The blog name 'Mismatch maker' is derived from my love of trying to be a matchmaker. Sadly thus far I have made a whopping ZERO successful matches, but my life goal is to make just one successful coupling! Ryan and I have been happily married for a little over a year, we share the same vision for our family. We hope to have a big family, both through birth and adoption, and feel called to the mission field. Our beautiful daughter Teddy is such an amazing little person, I am so grateful to have her in my life. I am a stay at home mom, but before that I worked as a care aid/support worker with people who have special needs. My favorite sport to watch and play is rugby. Though I generally come off as quiet and calm, an inner beast comes out when I play rugby! Board games are one of my favorite ways to pass time, along with binge watching Netflix series (guilty).
